I know that you can flock breed a lot of the Malawis like the Mbuna, but can you flock breed Victorians?
Anyone have any experience on the matter?

i am not familiar with the term flock breeding. what does it mean exactly?

if you mean like 2 males with a harem of females, then yes. i have also had success with certain species with even sex ratio.

Well you got part of it,
A group of breeders, but it also means leaving the fry in the tank with the parents.

Ah, no that wont work very well. You will get a few that may survive. They are not like julies or brichardi where the family takes care of the spawn. They will eat most fry when they are spit. If you have enough cover and tiny crevasses they will make it. But I would not count on having large numbers that way.
