Regarding the item on the German wish list; I believe Kevin no longer keeps Ruby Greens, but I have his line and I'm currently growing out a new group, as my current adults haven't bred for quite awhile now. I also have chromogynos breeding now.

Just a little input on my behalf,
We have good numbers of hap sp.'ruby green' but always good to have fresh blood
some examples have already come to England last year from the states.
There are some sp.'red tail sheller' in Ireland from Anton Lamboj nut very difficult to get them across to England!
I have a reverse trio of Mbipia lutea "Spotbar"-"crossbar" that need confirming here, again from the states last year.
http://www.cichlidsofvictoria.com/viewt ... =17&t=1243

But i am totally with Marco on some of these
Harpagochromis perrieri
Harpagochromis golden duck
Pundamilia nyererei "Anchor Island"
Lithochromis rufus
Paralabidochromis chromogynos
Ptyoochromis red tail sheller
Astatotilapia desfontainii

and may i suggest Pundamilia sp.'blue bar'
Lipochromis parvidens,
sp."fine bar scrapper",

:P

It is very easy to be excited about new strains and forget about the fish we already keep, from what i understand fewer people are willing to keep these fish and i hope there is space to accommodate new species without neglecting the strains already maintained.

I have colonies of dayglow, riponianus, and golden duck that will likely breed in the next few months.

I'd like to see about getting silver stiletto back in the States, as well as Ptyochromis fischeri.

I maintain Pund. Blue Bar "Hippo Point" and could get in on some trading action with our brethren across the pond :)

Have fry growing out of them at this time with a working breeding group

I have P. chromogynos breeding like mad but have yet to get some fry. I have 4 males for sure out of a group of 16. The females that have held so far have not gone past 14-16 days that I am aware of and all have been very young except for one female that was a little older and larger.

I'm tight on tank space and the breeding group is a 125G that has an FX5 and 2 HOB's on it as well as a couple of dwarf petricolas. I recently spoke with another member seeking advice on how to get things done properly with this setup. He gave me some great input on how to possibly make things work out for these guys in my 125G without having to relocate the females to another tank so I'm waiting on an order now (a large in tank fry box). As soon as it comes in I'll be moving one of my now two holding females to the box and crossing my fingers.

I'm trying everyone. Seems I have a good group of breeders but I don't have my setup quite right yet and I'm still rather inexperienced and lacking in knowledge along the lines of breeding. I'm working on it and dedicated to getting it right so I can share these beautiful fish and would like to do nothing better than that. Please bear with me if you can...

I have some ruby greens, red tail shellers, and p. chromogynos that I would be willing to contribute once I get a few batches of fry.
