Ok I sized them down a bit. Hope it's easy enough to view for everyone, cause I am done for the night!!

Please though, let me know of any errors. I put a couple question marks in where the info was incomplete. I am more than happy to update the list as more info and pics come in, and I am sending a PM to you right now with my email address Marcowelss, and then Time for a beer!!

Lol Fern, That is how I first listed it, but the pics were showing up huge!! The ones that are kinda small are small on the website as well though. Are you looking to make the small ones bigger, or are you really looking for huge pics in high resolution? I am talking much bigger than my 24" monitor huge just to be clear.

Marco and Axel if possible could you supply me with a list of Aggression levels and recommended tank sizes for each available fish? I realize some of us have bigger or smaller tanks than others, and some may even have tank mates so I think this may help ensure no one gets in over their head.

Also please disregard my request for Theuritons, I was tired, and not thinking clearly. I would however like to make a new final list to try and include species that have not yet been requested, but aggression levels and tanks sizes needed will help me make these decisions.

Thanks again for all of your help, I think it's a great thing that you have kept these species for so long!

Wow! This is really impressive. Not only do they all look to be identified perfectly (to my mind), but they are incredible specimens as well.

Really, really nice.

good job.

on photobucket there is a easy way to resize all the pictures so they will be the same size and a slider bar is not needed.

if you use any site to do the pics you can use a thumbnail to show hte pics and then when someone clicks on it they can see the full larger pic.

i not sure if our site will handle it or not.

Some informations in short:

Species: like the pics up
decorations: examples in -My album-:
ID 263 = tank for free water fish
ID 264 = tank for insect eater - rock cichlids
ID 268 = algae scraper
ID 269 = snail eaters
tank: for an adult group (12) of this species
aggressivity: 1 = low aggressive >>>>> 5 = highly aggressive

The informations depend of my own experiences. It may be possible that other keepers have made other experiences

species decorations tank (gallons) aggressivity

Astatoreochromis alluaudi ID 269, 75 gl. m: 3-4 f: 1
Astatotilapia nubilus ID 264, 60 gl m: 3 f: 1
Haplo."blue obliquidens" ID 268, 75 -110 gl m: 4 f: 1
Haplo. "flameback" ID 264, 60 - 75 gl m: 3-4 f: 1
Haplo. thereuterion ID 269, 60 gl m: 2-4 f: 1
Harpago "orange rock hunter ID 264, 150 gl m: 2 f: 1
Labrochromis ishmaeli ID 269, 75 gl m: 2-3 f: 1
Lipochromis melanopterus ID 284, 75 - 110 gl m: 3 f: 1
Lithochromis rubripinnis ID 264, 75 gl m: 4 f: 1
Lithochromis xanthopteryx ID 264, 75 gl m: 4 f: 1
Mbipia lutea ID 268 , 150 - 200 gl m: 5-6 f: 1 xx
Mbipia mbipi ID 268, 110 - 150 gl m: 6-9 f: 1
Neochr. omnicaeruleus Makobe 268, 110 gl m: 5 f: 3
Neochr. omnicaeruleus Ruti ID 268 , 110 gl m: 5 f: 3
Neochr. rufocaudalis SaaNane ID 264, 75 gl m: 4 f: 1
Neochr. Bihiru scraper ID 268 , 75 gl m: 4 f: 2
Ptyochromis Hippo point salmon ID 269, 60 gl m: 4 f: 1
Ptyochromis Red rock sheller ID 269 , 60 gl m: 4 f: 1
Pundamilia nyererei Makobe ID 264, 60 gl m: 3 f: 1
Pundamilia pundamilia Senga Pt. 264, 60 gl m: 3 f: 1
Pundamilia sp. red flank ID 264, 60 gl m: 3 f: 1
Yssichromis piceatus ID 269, 60 gl m: 1 f: 0
Yssichromis pyrrhocephalus ID 269, 60 gl m: 2 f: 0

xx means, that this species is normal agressive (3) when you put it into a tank and never change anything. But if you do you will loose nearly all your fish, because the strongest will become very aggressive and kill them all.

Hi Marco, do you think it is all right ?

Very cool, Thanks Axel! Today is the misses day off so I have little time to work on this, but I will probably tinker with it later. As for the pics, I wanted to have a size that most could view easily on their monitor without too much scrolling, but also have it so you could see decent size pics without having to redirect. The reasoning was to keep a fully live comparison chart. I will try and size up the smaller ones later though.
