Yea me too. I set up a spare 55 gallon last weekend and bought a 40 long. There goes my self-imposed maximum tank limit again.

The last of the money has been sent. Once we get a shipping date I will pm everyone the date. I really starting to get excited. I'm moving out some more of my fish to make room for the new imports.

Well, it seems that it took Albin and Axel about eight hours each to catch and bag their fish to bring to Thomas's place in the middle of Germany this weekend. Beer and cake was available in excess for all in attendance. :D
It seems that Marco has packed or is packing the fish for five hours. It was about midnight tomorrow when I read this (6PMEST)

I don't know if the fish are shipped immediately or held before shipping....... soon we will find out as they should be waking up in a few hours.

i think the shipper will hold them for a day or two. i dont remember what they said before about it but the process may have changed. the will probably be held then rebagged just to give the fish some more air and fresh water if they had already been bagged for a while.

no sense in keeping the fish in a bag for 2 weeks if you dont have to.

i cant wait!! got 5 tanks today and getting 5 more tomorrow. 5 40g br are being set up for the vics!! whoohoo!!!

just got to clean them out real good. spray some paint on them and get them filled up with some sponges in them.

next we have to talk shipping here in the states. put my list down for air cargo. jim we talked about delta, is that still the plan?

if not pm me later.

hopefully i can get some good pics of the new fish, got to add a bunch for the profiles here.

Hi everyone,

Marco will keep the fish in his tanks, each species seperated, for about a week.
Then he takes them to the whole saler who packs them into bags and then into boxes. After that they leave Germany from Munich airport.
We beg and hope that they have a good trip and arrive at your place in a good condition.
During contolling the fish at Thomas we saw that some species were larger than that was written. So we had to reduce the number of fish a little. Because only 50 cm of fish have place in one bag. But you can be sure that both sexes are sent. ( as far as we can see the sex).

Pics about the whole transaction will be sent.

yea, they are almost here!!

did you have to reduce the total number of fish or the # of fish per bag?

i hope they make it all too.

It sounded like you guy's had a great time at your meeting. I keep up on the meeting on your forum.

The time is getting close. I'll pm you guys on when we will receive the fish here. We are still working out a couple of things for the shipment. I'll update everyone soon.
