My Theuterion and Red Rock Shellers arrived today in great shape! Outstanding pack job Big Jim! I'll give them the day to settle in and feed them tomorrow after work.

Sweet 8) Can't wait to setup another tank

I'm glad they all made it. The weather has been crazy around here.

Funny thing happened after I put the fish in their new home. The tank next to them has some Alto Comps. They took a lot of interest in the Theuterion fry through the glass. It reminded me of little kids at a candy store pressing their noses against the window. If fish could drool these guy were doing it big time. I ran for my camera but they had moved on by the time I got back. It was pretty funny.

This is Awesome News! Kevin don't forget about me :) I wish you the best in getting the Alluaudi to breed.

Sometime I will get the video that we made during the shipping process edited and posted but its not my priority right now.

They arrived yesterday around 10:30 so I snapped these few pics last night. They don't quite recognize me as the giver of food yet ... so it was a bit of hide from the large beast kinda reaction. My arms got tired waiting for them to exit their caves.

Astatoreochromis alluaudi

I took some quick measurements as well. Smallest ones were 2 inches and the largest ones were 3 inches standard length.

Better pics another day.
