Everyone's heard me say that I lost all but one male Neochromis omnicaeruleus (I got from dre_day) to disease. Well I moved him out of his tank into my catch-all 180 gallon tank and he seems to like it quite well.

If he would only hang out towards the front of the tank I could get a better pic. He's lookin' better than ever.

looking good. if you ever need more i got some ready to go. i got plenty of males too.

i have had one white OB male pop up and he is starting to look great. i will try to get some photos but they will not look like yours. i got 3 more females holding now, low numbers in the spawns but still enough to keep them going. i also set up another group so hopefully they will be pouring out soon.

I have been going out the last couple of spawns myself. I moved out all the males and keep the blotch ones in the same tank. Now I have one yellow blotch and the 7 are white blotch. The question I have is there white blotch female?

yes there are. I have one WB female now. I was talking to a friend of mine and he said that the YB would turn OB if they were outside and had live food in their diet.

I am going to try a daphnia culture and feed it to the young ones and see what happens.
