Wait tell the males start to color up. The males are awesome, and the females have some good color to them too.

They look like they are loving their new home. I see you have a couple of males starting to color up. Very very nice.

A Christmas update Big Jim...I am absolutely loving these guys...of the 12 I received...I still have 11 (I lost one :( ) and now have 1 male and 10 females (maybe one of these females will give me another male sometime soon)...

Jim...I adore these guys...they just get more beautiful every day...and everyone...I apologize for the "female" shots...a little blurry...not sure what my camera was doing...I need a new one but just can't bring myself to waste my money there...

And once again...thanks Jim for trusting me with these awesome fish that I love so much

Time for another update...today was a beautiful day in my world...like spring almost and the fish, they seemed to know it. They were showing their colors in all their glory. Jim, I love these guys and enjoy them each and every day. Thank you for letting me share in their journey.

Still housed in my 55G but are species only...no cats or plecos and this is the lowest light tank I have but my algae is finally starting to show some green (dancing, dancing)...these guys seem pretty happy in this setup for now but I do plan on moving them when I can to a larger tank.

I definately have at least 2 males as the video shows and maybe there is another lurker in there but I've only seen female colors on the rest. Loving my blue and gold flashers

I love the video, and your dominate male looks better than his dad.

Ha...I can't imagine that but I do know that everyone that comes to my house stops and stares at this tank and comments on how beautiful the blue fish is...of course I take the time to educate them as best I can about everything I know about Vics and my N. rufocaudalis...

Learning every day :)
