these were put out but a well known and respected breeder in the mid west/ he was selling them as hap. flameback

My original guess was also Xystichromis sp. "Dayglow Fulu", but the shape is a little off.

that leaves me with...
H. sp. "small blue zebra" (Nyegezi Island).
H. sp. "macula" (Nansio Island).
H. sp. "argens"

It needs more red to be Macula, less red to be Argens or small blue zebra.
I'm going with small blue zebra though.
