Hello all my name is Clark and I'm excited to be back into the hobby of cichlids. I have over 12 years experience handling a breeding various species of cichlids though I will now stay with Victorians primarily now. I have had excellent success breeding flamebacks in the past and look forward to filling my 125 and 55 gallon again. My water is set thanks to Utah water. We are so fortunate here in Utah because regular tap water is perfect for cichlids as far as ph balance. I plan to raise and breed (Pundamilia Nyererei) Anchor Island and if I can actually get some Astatoreochromis alluadi, would like atleast 10 or so. If I can get some Alluadi I'll place them in my 125 otherwise the Anchor Islands will go in my 125 no more than 8-10. I don't want to chance cross-breeding. My wife and I started with (Labidochromis Caeruleus) Electric Yellow lion Cove, so I plan on getting a few of these mild tempered common cichlids for fun.

I'm very happy I found this website as I want to be big with Victorians here in Utah. I'm married with four kids and they love the fish. I have no fish currently because I had moved and took a few year break while I decided what I wanted again. Victorians, Victorians, Victorians!! Do I need to say more? They are so vibrant and beautiful and I have access to Anchor Islands currently thouch I would prefer some wilds. Once I saw the alluaudi I couldn't sleep much anymore out of excitement. I'm looking forward to getting to know you all and dealing with many of you.
