Ok, here's my tank thread

75 Gallon Tank with aragonite substrate, 50 lbs of river rock, it's been suggested elsewhere that I add more, I figure now that I have more real estate available(use to be a 55) I'll add another 50 lbs,

Filtration is an emperor 400 pro, will be putting the wet/dry with a mag 5 return pump online later today, got to go to Lowes for 2.00 worth of parts, more for gas than the purchase , Lighting is a 40 watt single tube bulb, 250 watt heater

Current inhabitants till I sell off the 55 are
1 Hippo Point Blue Bar
1 Labidochromis
1 Venutus
1 Small Frontosa, I thought he looked small in the 55, poor little guy, can barely see him in the 75
1 pleco

I think that about covers everything, if I forgot anything I'll post it and keep this thread updated as the Tank progresses

Hi
May I tell you one suggestion??? you can add more rocks to have 2 separated territories for males, one large rocks pile in left and another one at right of the tank with plants like Anubias bateri in the middle to cut the eyes perspectives.
xris :D

Yeah, I planned on adding more rock, probably another 50 lbs, i can get the rock for .19 per lb right up the street, so thats not a big deal, planned on building up both sides a bit and having maybe a little jetty looking piece in the center with the plants to break it all up. It's a work in progress so lets all have fun with it 8) 8) 8)

Ok, wet/dry is on-line, sorry it was 3.67 worth of parts, but it's up and running, and quieter than I remember, been a while since I ran a wet/dry on a tank. 8) 8) 8)
