so i guess you guys dont strip a female often, meaning pulling the eggs and tumbling them on your own.
i was wondering how thats working out for you guys. if all of you do it that is. i know i have to strip my chromogynos females since they get scared easily and eat their fry after 4-5 days.
i would rather not strip but i got them as adults and they were bad mothers to begin with, so i have no choice. also they spawn like every 3 months so it sucks to loose a batch.

Some species / females in our place donŽt breed until the end. And if they are very rare we also strip them. But most of all we let breed. I seperate mother and childs when I see that she does not care any more about her fry, between two and seven days. I know that some species care about 20 days, but I ignore this. I want to be sure to safe the fry.
